Group Therapy

Group therapy offers clinician-led, in-person support in a structured and collaborative environment. Bay Coast Behavioral provides groups focused on social skills, trauma recovery, anxiety management, coping strategies, and parent support, allowing participants to build skills, gain insight, and connect with others through shared experiences.

We Also Offer Medication Management Services

Medication management is an outpatient service provided by a psychiatrist or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). The prescriber evaluates the need for psychotropic medication, provides prescriptions, and monitors effectiveness and side effects over time. Services include coordination of care with other medical and behavioral health providers and may be delivered via telehealth when appropriate. Appointments may include evaluation, medication review, monitoring, counseling, and care coordination, with visit length varying by clinical need.
