The future has never been brighter!

Our main objective at Bay Coast  Behavioral is to work with families to assess the needs of our clients and provide services to address a wide variety of identified needs. We believe that our role is not meant to be life-long. Rather, our role is to teach parents and children long-term support goals so that we are no longer needed. Empowering families to grow healthy in their own environment is one of our main focuses.

Language Access Policy:

Bay Coast Behavioral (BCB) is committed to ensuring that individuals with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) have meaningful access to our services, programs, and activities. We believe effective communication is essential to providing quality care and equal opportunity to all individuals we serve.

To support this, BCB will provide qualified interpreters, translators, and other language assistance services at no cost to LEP patients, clients, and their families. Assistance may be provided through bilingual staff, trained interpreters, partnerships with local language service providers, or telephonic and technology-based solutions. All clients will be informed that these services are available free of charge.

Staff who interact with LEP individuals will be trained in effective communication and the proper use of interpreters. BCB will also regularly review the language needs of our patient population and monitor the implementation of this policy to ensure it remains effective and responsive. At BCB, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where language is never a barrier to receiving the care and support you need.
